Structure Plans

Papakura District Council Structure Plans are developed to assist the Council in managing growth and/or the environmental effects arising out of development in specific areas of the District.  

Listed below are the available Structure Plans and relevant supporting documents. A copy of these documents can be obtained by emailing the Council’s Customer Service Centre, or telephoning 09 295 1300 between the hours of 8:00am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
